Clear returns policy.
As a consumer, you can notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, insofar as the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Condition of the product
Return products unused, undamaged and, where applicable, unopened and in their original seal. For products for which the law permits an exception to the right of withdrawal after a seal has been broken, returns after opening may be excluded. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of a normal return shipment is borne by the customer. If an item was delivered incorrectly or received damaged, contact us first; if the error is on our side, we will cover the appropriate return costs.
Refund
For a valid full withdrawal, we refund the amount due, including standard outbound shipping costs where legally required, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until the goods have been received or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will then look for an appropriate solution.
This returns policy does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer. In case of doubt, the applicable statutory rules prevail.
